A mini-company with employees less than 100 peoples, find it very difficult to manage two important aspects of their business administration i.e. Asset management and Human Resources (and related work). We need to design and develop a lean, cost-effective eHRMS solution, AI-enabled assistance that automates the entire scope of human resources and asset management.
I was working as a consultant and managed the development of the product. I was part of the product team, leading the design team, and co-jointly led the development of the work with the founders of the firm.
In-depth research on the features and design of the product with wireframes was developed by the team under my guidance. We need to design the system for the general B2B market with a global footprint. Common language and an easy-to-use interface with lean design are the utmost need for this application. Navigating the user seamlessly with intuitive UI while easing the scope of understanding.
We fundamentally need to consider the varied types of users interacting with the system. Ranging from a different nationality and professional sphere from the usage perspective, making sure the system delivers as intended.
Further working towards task assignments and project activities while managing every aspect of the project.
The harsh deadlines to deliver a working product within 6 months were also challenging while working at the different levels of product requirements. Fortunately, we were able to deliver it on time.
