Project Objectives
​

The objective was to conceptualize and develop an MVP for a mini ERP solution as a web and mobile application to manage the lifecycle of commercial tires.

 

Outcome

 

The result was a mobile and web-based application named "iTRAMS" with limited features, which was tested by the internal team in the field.

My Role 

 

My role was as Project Manager.

My responsibilities

Methodology: Agile

  • Collaborated with the project sponsor to establish the roadmap, goals, vision, and mission.

  • Coordinated with the product owner to gather requirements, and write epics, features, and user stories.

  • Defined the project scope and out-of-scope activities.

  • Identified stakeholders, including customers for the internal testing program.

  • Formed a team of 5 members and adopted the Scrum methodology.

  • Developed the project budget and schedule plan, which was approved by the sponsor.

  • Acted as Scrum Master, coaching the team on Scrum principles and benefits.

  • Created a quality management plan to ensure standards were met during execution.

  • Conducted qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, creating a risk management plan and risk register.

  • Established stakeholder communication and engagement plans.

  • Assigned resources and developed a resource management plan.

  • Implemented a 2-week sprint cycle, conducting daily stand-ups to maintain Scrum adherence.

  • Addressed and resolved team conflicts promptly.

  • Worked with the product owner to prioritize the product backlog regularly.

  • Managed change requests from stakeholders, incorporating them into the subsequent sprints.

  • Participated in sprint planning meetings, ensuring feasible story points for each sprint to maintain velocity.

  • Monitored progress using burn-up and burn-down charts to keep the project within scope, time, and budget.

  • Facilitated sprint retrospectives, implementing improvements in subsequent sprints.

  • Secured sponsor acceptance of deliverables upon project completion.

  • Closed the project by documenting lessons learned, disbanding the team, and archiving project records.
