Business Challenge
We intend to develop an AI system as a hardware cum software product that can be placed in the hotel's room or lobby to assist the guest in ordering and automating the entire back-hand process.
My Work
I worked as a partner to the company and helped in writing the PRD (product requirement document) with analyzing the market potential. I designed and 3D manufactured an MVP of the product used for pitching to the prospective customer and investors.
Impact
The physical working prototype helped in getting the required valuable feedback from customers and further opened doors to prospective investors.
