For Maruti Industries, which is an MSME manufacturing unit based out of Hyderabad. They manufacture parts for table fans, pedestal fans, etc, and are suppliers to brands like Havells, Bajaj, Usha, etc.
Business Challenge
They intend to become more sustainable and reduce their electricity consumption by alternative means. The best available solution was the solar rooftops with added benefits of government incentives.
My Work
I worked as a consultant and managed the development of the project. Playing my role in analyzing input, developing solutions, and finalization on the implementation. Worked further on product and vendor selection and oversee the project completion adhering to the required timeline & quality.
